Sub: Revision of Rate of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government

Employees due from 01.01.2023.

The undersigned is directed to forward herewith MOF OM No. 1/1/2023-E-I1 (B) dated
03.04.2023 on the above cited subject regarding revision of Dearness Allowance payable to
the Central Government employees from the existing rate of 38% to 42% of the Basic pay
with effect from 1st January 2023 for information and necessary action in respect of
employees working in BSNL and drawing pay in CDA pay scale as per 7th CPC
