Brand Loyalty Survey of Asus

ASUS is a Taiwan-based, multinational computer hardware and consumer electronics company that was
established in 1989. Dedicated to creating products for todays and tomorrows smart life, ASUS is the world’s
No. 1 motherboard and gaming brand as well as a top-three consumer notebook vendor. The key factors
considered are satisfaction from the company, quality offered, reliability of brand, and value of money.

We have conducted the research on Brand Loyalty for ASUS for knowing how customers are associated with
our brand by preparing a questionnaire as follows:

On the basis of all the responses people gave us 2.9 rating out of 5 on an average for the quality offered by our
company. This rating shows that half of the users i.e. 58% of people are satisfied with the quality we offered to
them.
From all the responses, we get to know that people gave us 2.8 rating out of 5 on an average and only 56% of
people are satisfied with our services.

On the basis of all the responses we get to know that people gave us 2.6 rating out of 5 on an average. This
shows that Asus products are not reliable and 52% people are interested on buying it and 48% people are not
interested.
From all the responses that we get, people gave 3.3 out of 5 star to the available price for Asus products so we
can say that 66% people are satisfied with the price of Asus products.

After summarising all the responses collected from different users. We have reached to a conclusion that 2.9
people out of 5 people are loyal to Asus. The chance of error are 1.26 which means 1.26 people may not be
loyal to Asus from an average of 2.9 people out 5 people. Asus doesnot have most of their customers loyal
towards them that means the chances of customers switching to other brand is very high. They shall focus on
rest of the 2.1 people to make them loyal to their brand. This can be done by improving the services and quality
of product offered by understanding their needs. They shall improve the customer support team which can
answer the problems of their customer. They should spend more money on R&D to create stronger and feature
rich smartphones which are reliable. They should work on the price factor so that services offered have value
for money. This can make the brand more reliable to customer and make the loyal towards them.
