READ BEFORE STARTING: When making sl st, make very loose so the
shape won't be distorted.

MATERIALS: 2 oz. carrot orange 4 ply acrylic yarn, j2 yds. green
4 ply acrylic yarn. Size 5 or F crochet hook. There are approx-
imately 50 yds. per ounce of this type yarn.

READ BEFORE STARTING: It takes 3 carrots to make potholder: 2

short ones and 1 long one. Instructions are for short carrot,
with changes to make long one in parenthesis in TIP OF CARROT
section.
