    Respected Sir/Ma’am

    We at UPES are organizing our Annual Law School Fest from 18th-20th of April 2022. The
    Annual Fest is one the most awaited events of Dehradun and it will be the first fest(s) with
    offline and hybrid events covering different fields like entrepreneurship, sports, debate,
    dance, drama, music, and much more. Our previously held fests like UURJA have been
    graced with the presence of stars like “Harrdy Sandhu” in 2018, Parmish Verma in 2019 and
    we, as students of SOL, are inspired to plan this huge event and welcome artists.

    In anticipation of collaborating with you, we would request you to grant us a sponsorship for
    our endeavour.

    Being a title sponsor, we shall provide you the following perks:

    - Extensive branding on venue like banners on the walls of our School of Law, in event
    announcement etc. The estimated footfall will be minimum 2000-2500+ visitors and
    can go up to 6000+ visitors per day, ( which includes participants, audience, faculties,
    etc.) per day. On average we shall have more than 4000 visitors, inclusive of deans of
    various schools, students, faculty members, and much more.
    - Material distribution in events (if any)
    - Themed events (if any), based on the needs of the institution for crowd activation
    - Kiosk/ stall for the institution to market their services to the visitors.
    - Online publicity on social media platforms such as official Facebook, Twitter, and
    Instagram handles of UPES, official website of UPES.

    A minimum 700 registered users would be provided to you by our team. The number of
    registered users are negotiable. The title sponsor will be offered to you in 2 lacs which will
    include a stall set up outside out SOL building with a banner highlighting Ledx as our main
    sponsor.

    Your brand will be promoted on a large scale that would help students understand and
    become a part of your organisation. Therefore, Ledx will be our main sponsor for our event.

    We believe that organizations like yours have made a difference, especially after the COVID-
    19 pandemic and our annual fest can act as a great opportunity for everyone to know about
    your services and how you have created an online teaching ecosystem, which should be
    prevalent and holds prime importance in today's world.
