3 Upgrade Precautions

Before upgrade, please pay attention to the following precautions:

u As the License function is upgraded, you need to obtain the new machine code
after the UNM2000 upgrade. You can apply the License that supports the new
encryption algorithm on the License website.

u After the UNM2000 integrates the PAS, you need to start the UNM2000 and
PAS services separately.

u The MySQL database needs to be upgraded to the version 5.7.18. The

UNM2000 and PAS databases are independently managed. For specified
installation procedures, see Installation Guide.

u Tomcat9 will be installed automatically during the UNM2000 installation. If

Tomcat6 has been installed on the computer, you should uninstall it manually,
referring to Installation Guide.

u The FTP and the PAS must be deployed on the same server.
