I have been employed for 25 years with Borg Warner manufacturing transfer cases
and transmissions. In this time I have performed many tasks in this process. W
hile at Borg Warner I performed my duties to the best of my ability insuring qua

04/2010 a" 10/2010 GM Assembly Ft. Wayne, IN
Until Oct. 1 I was working at GM in Ft. Wayne building trucks. This position wa
s designated as temporary. My assignment was in Motor 1 and 2. My primary duti
es have been varied. I report to my supervisor at the beginning of the shift an
d he reviews the manpower. He then determines where he needs me to work. I hav
e mostly worked on assembling the motor, but have been loaned out to other areas
to help on different lines of production. These areas are called, Frame line a
nd Final assembly. This assignment is fast paced and repeated up to 500 times a
shift.

My primary duty for Freudenberg NOK, a rubber molding facility, was to visually
inspect individual parts for physical defects. I ran a molding press for one we
ek prior to the end of my assignment.

stacking these products.

e in the Muncie area. My wife, of 29 years, two sons, and the rest of my immedia
te family, have spent the majority of their lives here also.
I worked in a local factory for 25 years and 9 months performing various tasks f
or a variety of Supervisors. Performing Utility work, diagnosing tooling and mac
hining malfunctions, was a favorite of mine. I performed my duties to the qualit
y standards, safety, and production requirements, of my employeras expectations.
My attendance record was never an issue for the duration of my employment, and
I was eager to help train other employees in their various tasks. My goal as an
employee for any employer is to lead by example and learn as much as I can to cr
eate a successful partnership.
