▪ Rationale: Currently teachers have individual means for providing
support instead of pooling our collective resources to develop a

▪ Relevant NBPTS Proposition 3 Teachers are responsible for
managing and monitoring student learning.
▪ Relevant TLMD Domain 4 Facilitates Improvements in Instruction
and Student Learning
▪ Long-term Objective: Implement opportunities for enrichment to
challenge high achieving students.
▪ Rationale: In addition to academic bees and the decathlon students
that excel should be offered a concrete enrichment program to
maintain the motivation of high-achieving students. (https://
