Trust" In the year 2000 at Chennal and created the said Trust and establish
same by means of a Deed of Trust made at Chennai on 26 th January 2000 an
registered the said Deed in the Registrar of Periamet Office situated at Chennal d

registered as Document No.31, Book IV of 2000 and whereas the said Trust
taken effect from the date of execution of the Trust.

WHEREAS the Founder Trustee/Declarant herein had made known the Trust',
organized by the Founder. Trustee/Declarant herein as "Our Home Public Charlta
Trust" and the said Trust has taken into effect and organized for all the purpo
lhown in the said Trust Deed and had its office at No.2A/2B/2C First Floor
Murray's Gate Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600 018 (South India).

WHEREAS the said Trustee/Declarant had also declared in the said Trust that the
said Registered Office shall also function such other place or places as a Fouiyi
Trustee/Declarant may decide from time to time.

WHEREAS each of the segment said above had distinct objects to fulfilled by.

designated to be the Managing Trustee for his life.

WHEREAS the said Trust is functioning from the day of its inception purely for the
purpose of public charitable one much more clearly stated in the Principal, Trust

Deed referred above.

WHEREAS the Trustees and other connected office bearers are carrying out the

objects stipulated in the Principal Trust Deed adhering fully its stipulations.

WHEREAS the Trustee, i.e., the Founder Trustee for reasons, desirous of chang
the title of the Trust from "Our Home Public Charitable Trust" into "LIFE Trust".

WHEREAS in the Articles of the 11 ust of the Principal 1 rust Deed under segment XX
it has been reserved arid resolved that any amendment to the Deed of Trust shall
be carried out with the approval of the Commissioner of Income Tax, Chennai or
such other authority as may be prescribed under provisions of the Income Tax Act

1961.

WHEREAS, the Founder Trustee/Declarant is desirous of changing, the title of the

Trust to be "LIFE Trust" and in order to give proper effect for the said conversion of
the title, the said Managing -Juicier had convened the meeting of the Board of
Trustees at Chennai on 5"' June 2005 arid the Both] of Trustees unanimously
passed a resolution in SI.No.13/2005 stating "RESOLVED that the Trust would be

hereinafter known as "LIFE Trust" against its earlier identity of "Our Home Public

WHEREAS the said Income Tax Department vide its letter No.DIT (E)/No

(69)/2000-01 dated 19.05.2005 had duly approved the said change of name

"Our Home Public Charitable Trust" to "LIFE Trust" on application of the Founder.
Trustee/Declarant by invoking the Segment XX of the Principal Trust Deed.

NOW THIS DEED OF SUPPLEMENTAL TRUST TO THE DEED OF PRINCIPAL TRUST

DEED DATED 26 1H JANUARY 2000 WITNESSETH the following: -

In consideration of the above said premises, the Founder Trustee/Declarant:/

Managing Trustee for life do hereby state and declare and pronounce to be known
for all to whomsoever the Trust may concern that the "Our Home Public Charitable

Trust" shall hereinafter be known and called as "LIFE Trust" from the date of
inception of the Principal Trust Deed dated 26 th January 2000 on an. • approval of the

Income Tax Department, Government of India, having obtained due consent as per
the Articles contemplated in the Main Trust Deed.

The Founder "Trustee/Declarant do hereby also further declares that all the
stipulations, functions all other recitals, terms and objects of the said Trust which
was functioning hitherto under the name and style of "Our Home Public Charitable
Trust" shall be the same for the "LIFT Trust" also and all the activities and all the

objects so far conducted by the erstwhile Trust is being ratified by this Deed of
Supplemental Deed to the Main "rust Deed known as LIFE Trust. -

This Deed further also declare except change of name, all the activities done for the
society or for any other authority or for any other concern etc. shall be in force and
do convey the salmi moaning ac if Our flame Public Charitable Trust has done.

This Deed also further witriessellt that the age of the Trust and the Seniority of the
