To further understand the study, the researcher presented the conceptual

framework using the Input-Process-Output (IPO) approach.

The input is all about the profile of the respondents, Status of IP graduates

,Employment history , Perception of IP graduates from College of Elementary

Education in LGC towards their employment history, Significant relationship

between the profile and status of IP graduates in LGC in terms of employment

history and their perception towards on it as part of Indigenous people who

graduated from College of Elementary Education in LGC and action plans that

can be developed to address the problems encountered by the participants.

These inputs will be needed as variables to come up with the output. While

the process involves, Video call interviews using Messenger, Google Meet, or

Zoom and phone calls to come up with the results. The last one is the output

or the outcome of the study to develop proper interventions and programs for

them following the resolution of this crisis, also to increase understanding of

IP graduates in LGC experiences from life, procedures, process, and events

as they are observed in an actual setting.
