Back in the 80s, when Boracay’s landscape was a different hue, not many believed that
a traveler would come for anything more than the island’s pristine white beaches and
rich blue seas.
However, in 1988, the birth of Boracay’s pioneering first-class hotel, Paradise Garden
Resort, proved that luxury and comfort could be achieved in paradise. Defying doubts,
its visionary owners dared to offer travelers an alternative sanctuary, building the first
high-rise resort complete with the first swimming pool on the island.
