THE HYPERBOLIC TIME CHAMBER
The Hyperbolic time chamber is an alternate dimension which is a part of Universe 7.
It is a Dimension which has different space and time:

EARTH'S HELL
Another type of hell was introduced in DBS, ressurection of F, where frieza was shown. It is
a district of hell, where evil beings go if they died on earth. It's surface is covered with
flowers, and consists of angels who danced around frieza. Frieza was inside a cocoon

It is the entrance to the afterlife. It's built upon yellow clouds. The souls receive judgement
about them going to either heaven or hell

KAIOSHIN REALM
It is located outside the macrocosm, it's size is about 1/10th of the macrocosm, and it
revolves around the macrocosm like a moon.
It consists of numerous suns, and kaioshin planet is located at the centre of it. The 5
kaioshins live on this sacred land. This realm can only be reached by teleportation. This is a
sturdy place which cannot be easily damaged. It has a pink sky, and not even dai kaioshin
could enter this realm without permission

KING KAI'S PLANET

It is a very small planet who's size is as described as follows:
King Kai’s car is 45 pixels in length and his planet is 520 pixels in diameter. King Kai’s car
largely resembles a 57 Chevy Bel air. The length of one of those cars is 200 inches.
Because his planet is 11.55555x larger than the car’s length. This means the diameter of the
planet is 0.0365 miles.
It's gravity is 10 times that of the earth:

video game , king kai won. Angered by his defeat, beerus destroyed king Kai's planet into

MULTIVERSE
The multiverse in dragon Ball consists of 12 macrocosms, each macrocosm having these
many universe sized realms: The universe, The Hyperbolic time chamber, heaven and
demon realm. And don't forget hell being way bigger than an entire universe. So the
macroverse has more than 5 universes atleast , there's no fixed number since the difference
between the sizes of heaven and hell isn't clarified by any source in dragon Ball yet.

There's an extradimension too, since there are shown to be spaces between universes,
which are referred to as Dimensions:

Zeno's realm is the realm of the omni king, which consists of zeno's palace:
