3.16 CONCLUSION
“Stay home, stay safe”, this is the most familiar quote we had heard during this pandemic
COVID-19. However, the schooling may stop, the learning must not. For the first time, teachers
and students are experiencing online learning, which brings many challenges but also offer many
opportunities to us. The demand for online class lead us to prompt the starting of Jenny Online
Tuition Class to ensure continuity and quality of learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus,
we see the potential for our product to penetrate into the market and make the goal of our
business into reality.
The best part about starting an online business in Malaysia is we don’t need much capital
to get started. While we will need at least RM10,000 a month (rental, utilities, employees) to
start a local brick and mortar business, we can start an online business today for not over
RM100. Starting an online business can be challenging but has full potential for development as
the e-commerce sector provides a wide range of possibilities for all entrepreneurs in Malaysia.
By preparing this business plan, we hope it will give spirit and encouragement to us and
others who are interested in opening a business via online platform.
