To whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter to confirm that since December of 2014, my father Alejandro L. Capulong and
step- mother Jocelyn Soliman stayed together as a couple. Their relationship is genuine and I witnessed
their loyalty and love toward each other. There's a great camaraderie in our family. I together with my
siblings treated our Step- mother as our second mother because she shown her compassion and care to
us . Every holidays, we spent time with her in their apartment in Bagong Bantay.

My step-mother always encourage us to be better version of ourselves and to be a holitistically develop

individuals. When I took the Licensure examination for Teacher in the year of 2015, she accompanied
me at La Consolacion College and bought me some foods and allowance. She also present when I took
my oath taking at Cuneta Astrodome and prepared my dress and make up for the event.

I remember, she was the very first person I informed when I passed the Board. As she treated us her real
children, we love her as our real mother. We are greatly thankful to her because she always support and
love us unconditionally like her real children. Papa used to come home yearly for vacation and we get to
spend time together as one family.I know it was very difficult on their part living away from each
other.With their great love for each other I really pray they can finally be together in NZ.
