NARRATIVE REPORT on the OPENING of CLASSES

S.Y. 2021-2022

Modular Distance Learning is the modality used in Aroroy East Central School, in the absence of
face to face learning instruction due to Covid-19 pandemic. In order to ensure the continuity of
education, Modular Distance Learning has implemented.
The School Year 2021-2022 was officially opened on September 13, 2021 Monday. The enrollment
is still ongoing and each teacher was still accommodating late enrollees.
September 14, 2021 each adviser was busy on finalizing the enrolled learners in the class.
On September 15-16, 2021, the Orientation on Modular Distance Learning to the parents was
conducted as one of the agenda in the first Parent-Teacher Conference held at the Grade One Yellow
classroom. Along with the orientation was the distribution of flyer on Gabay ng Magulang sa Modular
Distance Learning.
On Friday September 17, 2021 was printing and preparation of Activity Sheet to be distributed to the
learners.
On September 20, 2021, was the schedule of Distribution of Learners Activity Sheet align with the 8-
week Curriculum for Grade One. Only 23 pupils were able to get their activity sheet out of 30 pupils
enrolled in Grade One Yellow in the given schedule.
The distribution of first and second week activity sheet is ongoing until September 27, 2021.
