1. Why is it relevant to study Physical Education particularly on the topic of volleyball?

PE helps children to develop their confidence. This can have a positive aspect on all areas
of their life, such as their personal relationships and ability to integrate quickly and make
friends, to think about their future goals. Sport helps children develop their motor skills and
strengthen their muscles. And since volleyball is a sport where also improves muscle
strength and tone. In addition, it improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance.
Last but not least, it teaches teamwork and communication and is a great social activity. 
 
2. Why is it to be needed in the curriculum of college?
Aside from this fact, 5708 or "The Schools Physical Education and Sports Development Act
of 1969" also provide that integrated physical education and school sports and physical
fitness program shall remain part of the basic education curriculum and shall be undertaken
by the Department of Education.
 
Physical Education (PE) is both a discipline and a profession. As a curricular discipline, it
promotes an understanding of the centrality of movement in daily life, in all its forms---from
meeting functional requirements, providing opportunities for social interaction, analyzing the
influence of contexts to one's well-being, to acknowledging physical activity and sports
participation as significant cultural and health practices. It contributes to the formation of
constructive behaviors for managing the stress of academic and work demands; providing
the necessary 'break' from sedentary activities in the classroom and workplace; and
developing school loyalty and nationalism through the sporting culture, which in turn
significantly shapes an individual's identity. 
 
Is an essential part of healthy living for people of all age groups, especially those going to
school? This is because school life is full of stress and anxiety at every stage. Physical
education teaches students to improve the quality of their life. And we all know that being a
college student is not easy, that is why Pe will help the students balance their stress and the
good of life. 
 

3. What are the things we learn in the study of volleyball?


Playing the game of volleyball will provide you with the confidence that you need during
your daily life. Once you get started with the sport of volleyball, you'll have to learn basic
skills such as serving, setting, blocking, digging, passing, hitting and many others.
