enchacement of carier profesionalisation teacher in advance;
5. Able to explain and analyzing performance of teacher, teacher
performance concept, teacher performance standaritation, factor
that affect teacher performance, teacher performance
enchacement, and teacher performance appraiser
6. Able to explain and analyzing in class process on education
units

Content The course is a Professional Skills Course (MKKP) Study Program
which is given to students of the Building Engineering
Undergraduate Study Program. In this course is discussed subjects
about teaching of profession concept, profession principle,
profession development, profession nature, ethic code profession and
profession organization. The next is teacher carier development and
teacher performance which is reviewed from education profession
view, and also clas processing and counseling guidance on education
units.

Achievement Students are considered competent and pass if they get


study / exam grades minimum exam 68 (Midterm exam (USS) and Final exam
(US)), and structured activities (assignments / T) and participatory
activities (P)
