How can research address pressing societal problems such as a rapid population growth in the
Philippines?

- These population figures illustrate the following development issues: a growing number of jobs
for a growing number of people of working age, reduced productivity due to a big number of
young inexperienced workers, and a larger number of retired individuals in ratio to workers.
Population growth raises density and, when combined with rural-urban migration, leads to
greater urban agglomeration. And this is crucial for long-term growth since large urban areas
enable innovation and create economies of scale.

How can research be personally beneficial to you?

- Research helps me to restore and protect memory and enhances mathematic and problem-
solving skills. Therefore, it prepares the mind for a better understanding of concepts and
theories. As a student learning capacity is improved and they can perform better in comparison
who is reluctant to research. It provides numerous benefits, including the development of
critical thinking and analytical abilities through hands-on learning. Defining academic,
professional, and personal interests.
