CAREER MAIN ROLE

Highly motivated in the HR Division which is I had experienced 7 years in HR and mostly as
an HR Generalist in various companies. I am an adaptable person, high motivated, detail-
oriented, hard worker, can work individually or team ,and able to work under pressure.

CAREER SUMMARY
I was last active worked at Kawan Lama (Ace/Informa) Makassar as HC Representative, I
handled 250 employees from several business units. I work alone with direct coordination with
the HC Area Manager. But besides that, I coordinate with the Store Manager of each business
unit if there are obstacles or those that require HRD support. The duties of the HC
Representative are to handle all matters relating to employees When I worked at Whiz Prime
Hotel Hasanuddin Makassar my position was as HR Coordinator and handled 50 employees. I
work alone and report directly with the Hotel Manager. My duties and responsibilities are to
handle all matters relating to employees and some things related to GA. When I worked at the
Grand Clarion And Convention Kendari my position as HR Officer handled 200 employees.
In that time I worked as a team and I reported directly with the HR Manager. At the time my
postion as HR Officer handling payroll and several tasks other HR . When I worked as
HR/General Staff at PT. Sucofindo Palu Branch more simply because just handled 20
employees. I ever worked as an Admin staff at the Riovino Moscani Notary Office in Kendari,
I was in charge of preparing documents.
