4. Payroll
• Check employee overtime calculation through weekly overtime report and control overtime ratio

• Input adjustment salary to payroll systems sunfish and make summaries Payroll data

• Handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan using SIIP online and control BPJS Kesehatan
5. Industrial Relation
• Runs and making pkb, as well as drafting and negotiating team related

• Build and maintain good relationship with union and employee relations matter by contributes to
policy development

6. Expatriate Document
• Ensure Expatriate and family with agent: documents archieved properly and updated timely; RPTKA,
DPKK, IMTA, ITAS, MERP, SKLD, STM, SKPPS, SKTT.

• Ensure accomodation for business trip provide propperly (Ticket, Visa, Transportation)
