I had work experience in technical consultant for 11 months as Diretor. Technical consultant work in
area of engineering planning and engineering supervision. As director at this company i’m responsible
for leader’s duties; take decision, create value, and lead the company to achieve goals, etc. Beside that,
i’m also responsible for making budget plan for taking part on project auction. In making this budget
plan i had to understand the analysis of material price and workers’ wages.

Accomplishment : Research about Human Resource Planning and Training Need Analysis (Process Planning
Program & Curriculum Training For Prospective Permanent Employees)
I had an internship program for 3 months in Training and Knowledge Management Department. This
department consists of 3 divisions; knowledge management, planning and evaluation of training, and
training implementation. I was placed in the planning and evaluation division and assigned to input data
of training evaluation to SAP, conduct data (survey) about material or skill of each department needed
used training need analysis (TNA), and create the training flow cart. Beside that, i had an experience to
evaluate the training output and analysis how to make it better. I also join to the planning and evaluation
training division project to create syllabus for prospective permanent employee training.

secretary. My responsibility for 5 Departments and 93 total members under this position. My
responsibility is to make sure that all member to do the right things according to job description
and job specification. I also create employee tabulation of work consist by 50 association program
(the right place with the right people) with periodic controlling and evaluation of each member.
