 State the complete address of the venue
 Justify why did you choose the place
 Put the picture of your venue

VII. Target Participants


 State who will be your participants in the event
 Justify why they are your participants
 Supplement some pictures who are they?

VIII. Total Number of Participants


 State how many participants do you have?
 Justify why?

IX. Event Attire


 Justify why you choose the attire?
 Put pictures of the attire in the event
X. Program and Script
 Create a program (flow of program includes time and activities)
 Create a script for the program

 Identify the different talents and why role they will have during the event? (put duties and
responsibilities)

 Identify the measures on how will you plan the safety, medical during the event
 Answer the following questions:
1. Do we have clearly specified perimeters: inner, middle, outer?
2. Do we have adequate and appropriate security for each perimeter?
3. Do we have enough technical equipment for effective and efficient
screening?
4. Do we have enough staff for timely screening?
5. Do we have staff trained and experienced in screening?
6. Do we have proper screening protocols? Are screening regulations clearly
posted for all participants to read?
7. Have we developed adequate plans for fire and Emergency Management
services’ response if needed at the event?
8. What numbers and types of personnel are needed at the event?
9. What types of apparatus, medical vehicles, and equipment are needed at
the event?
10. Have we coordinated adequately with a hospital to handle any
casualties?
