ENGL 1302 280

1 March 2022

1. What did you learn in the first essay that you used in the second essay? Not many people

have the same interests as I do. What did you learn in another class that you used in this

second essay? I learned how to write and cite in my essay from other classes

2. What did you learn in essay 1 that you did not use/was not applicable to essay 2? I

learned that the formats are different because of the type of paper we are writing. What

did you learn in another class that you did not use/was not applicable to this second

essay? I learned in my psychology class that stress levels are caused by particular things,

however I did not use this in essay two.

3. What did you learn in the second essay that can be applied in other courses? How to cite,

and make sure everything is formatted the same and I can use this for another paper if

needed.

4. What do you think you learned in the second essay that will not be applicable to other

classes? I do not think the questions and all the research I did will help me in kinesiology

class, since all I do in that class is exercise.

5. How does the creation of an annotated bibliography and research analysis help you

improve your writing, in general? Researching is the basis of knowledge, in my opinion.

How will it help you approach writing tasks in the future? If I need to research topics, I

can always go back to the cites I came across and know which websites are credible and

easy to understand.

6. From the comments you received from the readers of your essay, what are your writing

strengths? I can be very thorough at times. Writing weaknesses? I tend to write some run

on sentences, trying to get my thoughts in all at the same time. Are these weakness and

strengths the same the same or different from the weaknesses and strengths from the first

essay? They are pretty much the same, I struggle with these same issues on practically

every essay I write.

7. From my comments as a reader of your first essay, what do you think my comments to

you will be on your second essay? To make sure I have it turned in on time and written

before the due date. What will be different? I will turn it in on time. What will be the

same? I will try not to disappoint you.

8. What was the most challenging aspect of this unit? Placing all the links on my essay and

asking questions to people that did not answer me nicely so I went to someone else.

Least challenging? Researching topics on something I am passionate about and not being

bored and forced to read about it.
