NOTICE
Dated: 21.05.2018
Whereas, 1068 online application forms were received against the said
Notfication; and
Whereas, vide Notice dated: 19.04.2018 the written test was scheduled to be
held on 26.05.2018; and
Whereas, the Hon’ble Court in SWP No. 905/2018 MP No. 01/2018 order
dated:03.05.2018 titled Yamen Ul Nabi and Ors V/s State of J&K & Ors has stayed the
process of filling up of the posts ; and
Now, in view of the above Court direction the Written Test for Assistant
Commissioner Food Safety Scheduled to be held on 26.05.2018 (Saturday) is hereby
postponed till further orders.
