2023 re: Participants for FJLC at Caraga: Medical Clearances;
b. Memorandum signed by CSUPT MANUEL M MANUEL, Acting
Chief Directorial Staff, BFP NHQ dated 5 July 2023 re: above
subject;
c. Special Order No. TRN-2021-058 dated 30 June 2023; and
d. Special Order No. TRN-2023-056 dated 20 June 2023.

2. ICOW the above references, all participants of the Fire Junior Leadership
Course (FJLC) training which will commence on 14 August 2023 at BFP Regional
Headquarters Caraga, Maharlika Highway, Brgy. Rizal, Surigao City are hereby
directed to proceed to Health Service Section, BFP Caraga Regional Office, Brgy. Rizal,
Surigao City for your Medical and Dental Evaluation on 0800H 08 August 2023.

3. In addition, bring your Medical Laboratory Results (ECG, Chest Xray, UA,
CBC, Creatinine, Lipid Profile, FBS, BUA, HbA1c, HbsAg, Serum Pregnancy Test-
Women, and Drug Test), Dental Certificate, and Medical and Dental Forms.

4. For information, compliance and widest dissemination.
