 Electrical: Engr. Gregorio (Over all supervision)
 Civil works: Engr. Bechatda and Engr. Pascual
 Physical and Financial Status: Engr. Neil Leonard Tamang

2. Distribution of Ambulance: No updates for Dinapigue.

3. HFEP 2024 Ambulance (Early Procurement):

 October 18: Pre bid
 October 31: Bid – Opening

4. Medical Equipment:
 Ambulance: supervised by Engr. Wilbert Cureg
 2024: Urgent
 2023: For schedule (0) no obligation
 2023: Failure for ambulance, the bidding is still scheduled.
 For the Ambulance the allotment based on the GAA was estimated to be Php
32,500,000.
 XRAY: still pending, shouldered by Sir. Paul Forto with the aid of Engr. Fidel
Paguirigan for any udpates and communication for the pending equipment

5. The estimated ceiling for the 2024 Equipment early procurement was set into twenty
percent (20%) or fifty percent (50%)

6. 2024 In-house (6M): will be supervised by Engr. Dann Gregorio
