    SUBJECT: SUBMISSION OF ALL DOCUMENTS, LOGISTICS ISSUANCES AND NO TRAVEL


    ADVISORY PERTAINING TO THE PHYSICAL INSPECTION, MONITORING, &
    VALIDATION OF ALL ON-GOING HFEP CIVIL WORKS, EQUIPMENT, AND AMBULANCE
    ACTIVITIES FROM DECEMBER 1-31, PROVIDED OTHER WISE DIRECTED TO PROCEED.

    This is in addendum to the Interoffice Memorandum dated November 28, 2023, re:
    Submission of all documents, logistics issuances and no travel advisory pertaining to the
    physical inspection, monitoring, & validation of all on-going HFEP civil works, equipment,
    and ambulance activities from December 1-31, provided otherwise directed to proceed.

    the above subject matter:
