I’m glad I can perform this exercise once a week because the other days are filled with activities,
but fitness day is one of the finest. Even though I only run once a week, I am still able to complete my goal
distance. And I run as fastest as I can because the rain is coming but my heart rate was noral, so I’m
delighted that I was able to accomplish it.
