A. Essay: Try to answer the following questions below:

1. What habits of yours contribute to healthy living?

You’ll feel full and invigorated if you get adequate sleep, take care of your mental
health, and consume foods high in fiber and protein. Whole-grain cereals, bread,
and fruit are examples. Consuming more fruit and avoiding sugary beverages are
examples of these habits.

2. Are there things that you consider unhealthy but you cannot stop yourself from
doing? Give some examples.

* cooking everything in olive oil

3. What do you plan to become physically fit?

Every day, I intend to undertake an exercise routine. Working out can help you
become physically fit as well as strengthen your muscles. Exercising helps you
lose weight. Exercising can help you avoid gaining weight or keep it off once
you’ve lost it. Exercise aids in the treatment of illnesses and ailments.

C. My Diet: For three days, take a picture of the food that you eat from breakfast to dinner.

Questions:

1. Are you mindful of the food you eat? Why or why not?

Yes, because paying attention to what you eat is a way to gain control over your
eating patterns. It has been demonstrated to aid weight loss, binge eating, and
general well-being. Mindfulness is also a type of meditation that teaches you how
to detect and manage your emotions and bodily sensations.

2. Why do you think it is important for us to be mindful of the food we take?

Being conscious of what you eat can help you digest food better, feel fuller with
less food, and make better eating choices in the future. It can also assist you in
breaking bad eating and eating habits.
