What are the loose weight and cool down exercise eating

The class will be divided into two groups. Each group will be given
10 to perform the exercise that they learned on how to reduce the
weight and loose weight for the eating disorder for the health problem.

Using your smart phone create a video on how to become a good and
healthy body exercises.
