Based on our activity a while ago, how would you describe the
benefit of exercise and eating disorder in are daily lifestyle?
B. Lesson proper
1. Activity: Check it out
 What do you think is the importance of this term as part of
these eating disorder?
2. Analysis
 Why is need for us to have these activities before and after
the eating disorder?
3. Abstraction
 What is the difference between weight and loose weight?
 What are the loose weight and cool down exercise eating
disorder must do?
4. Application
The class will be divided into two groups. Each group will be given
10 to perform the exercise that they learned on how to reduce the
weight and loose weight for the eating disorder for the health problem.

IV. Evaluation (Identification)


In half sheet of paper, inline with our discussion today, expound the given
phrase of eating disorder for health problem.

V. Assignment
Using your smart phone create a video on how to become a good and
healthy body exercises.
