1. Physical fitness is a set of attributes that allow one to be active. Anthropology is

being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity.

3. Ask the students to discuss and demonstrate one activity and explain why
you think performing that certain activity will help you achieve a good level
of fitness in that certain component
