At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

1. To identify the health behaviors, such as eating habits, sleeping


regularly,
2. To enumerate types of eating,
3. To know how to design a simple Work out Program, and
4. To perform Various Axial Movements And Dance Steps for Aerobic
routine.

Materials: Marker, Powerpoint Presentation

III. TEACHING PROCEDURE

A. Preparatory Activities

1. Routinary Activities
- Prayer
- Greetings
- Checking of the attendance

2. Motivation

The teacher will asked a question related to the present lesson.

B. Presentation

 Health Behaviors
 Types of eating
 How to Design a Simple Workout Program
 Various Axial Movements and Dance steps for aerobic Routines

C. Generalization

 The students will share what they have learned in the lesson.
1. Why must you eat healthy?
2. Do you agree about practicing healthy living? Cite the
benefits or examples.

D. Application

 Using the various axial movements and dance steps,design your


own aerobic routine with music.

IV. EVALUATION

In a ½ sheet of paper list down all the learning from yourself, and to your
group regarding on the activity.

V. ASSIGNMENT

 Advance reading about how to Self-Assess Health-Related Fitness (HRF)


Status, Barriers to Physical Activity Participation, and One’s Diet.
