you do not need to enter the password. Simply click on “Confirm” to go on.

2. How can devices be connected without wifi and only mobile

hotspots?

You need two smartphones that can provide a network hotspot. One phone turns on the

hotspot as the network provider and the other can connect to the device.

3. Why can't I connect to network with Fritzbox 7590 & Ritzbox 7590

routers?

Routers of this type use the same SSID when distributing 2.4G and 5G networks, they are

not separated, so you cannot distribute network by EZ mode (default). You are advised to

distribute network by AP mode (compatible).

4. The Wi-Fi indicator light flashes quickly but network distribution

unsuccessful

1) If the indicator light flashes quickly all the time

Please re-try or restart the Wi-Fi module. If it still does not work, please submit the model

number of the router and the phone in Feedback, we will verify and process for you.

wifi function and configure again.

9.If router enables MAC address filter, please try removing the device from MAC filter list

and make sure router is allowing device to be connected

10. Make sure that the router has the DHCP service enabled. If it is not enabled, the

address will be occupied.

11. If it still doesn't work, it may be that the router is not compatible with the device. It is

recommended that you replace the router and try again.

7. Why does the app always show that the device is offline, and how

does it automatically recover in a second or two?

It may be resulted from your phone performance. Generally, phones running on iOS are

not likely to have such an issue, while some low-performance Android phones may have.

If the app has not been launched for a long time, it needs to connect with the cloud when

you log in again, so the device is displayed as offline. As the app is temporarily not

connected with the device, it is not actually offline. It is a normal phenomenon, and you

don't have to worry about it. Just like many apps require to buffer for a few seconds

before displaying content, which is actually a process of connecting to the cloud. This may

be also resulted from your phone performance and Internet connection.

8. What if the device is offline?

1. Please confirm whether the device is energized;

2.Please confirm whether the device or the network has been cut off . If so, there is a

process to go online. Please check whether it is online after 2 minutes.

simultaneously in default network configuration mode and for only one at a time in AP

mode.

12. How many devices can a wireless router connect to?

The number of devices that a wireless router can connect to is subject to the router

specifications. Typically, a home router can connect to around 10-20 devices.

13. Why should I manually enter the Wi-Fi name when adding a device?

if your mobile phone is Android 8.0 or higher and do not assign the APP with the

positioning permission, you will need to enter the Wi-Fi name manually.

14. Why does a router support more than 200 IP addresses but is actually

connected to only a dozen of Wi-Fi devices?

The inconsistency is mainly caused by the protocol and CPU usage, and hardware factors

such as the memory usage. In addition, the network throughputs of different devices

affect the number of connected devices.

15. How to ensure data security if the devices of LSC support connecting

to a network without a wifi password?

LSC provides various security strategies to effectively ensure data security of user and

device.

When adding device networking in APP, there is no limit to the name of wifi, the password

length of the wifi is up to 58 bits.

17. What is the difference between EZ distribution mode and AP

distribution mode?

Smartconfig (EZ) distribution network mode: Smartconfig means that the mobile APP

sends a UDP broadcast packet or a multicast packet containing the WIFI username WIFI
password. The WIFI chip of the intelligent terminal can receive the UDP packet, as long as

the UDP organization form is known, The WIFI username and password are decrypted by

the received UDP packet, and then the WIFI username and password received by the

intelligent hardware configuration are sent to the designated WIFI AP.

AP (compatible) distribution network mode: APP configures the mobile phone to connect

to the intelligent hardware (AP of the WIFI chip). The mobile phone and the WIFI chip

directly establish communication, and the WIFI user name and the WIFI password to be

configured are sent to the intelligent hardware, and the intelligent hardware can be

connected at this time. Configured on the router.
