IGR No. 836880 of ADSR Howrah vide Deed No- 5766/2021

I, Amar Kumar Singh, Son of Sachidanand Singh, residing at 15 R.T.R. Howrah- 711202, would like
to draw your kind attention to the following: -

1. That on 26/07/2021, I purchased one flat No. 204, on 2 nd Floor, measuring about 560 Sq.ft.
including super built up area, lying and situated at Rabindra Nagar Complex, Bock- F, within
holding No- 88, College Road, Shibpur, Howrah- 71103, fro Nizamuddin Hazari, Son of Late
Jamaluddin Hazari, residing at Flat No. 301, Prantik Apartment, Sri Datta, Nagar, Bandlaguda,
Kanchan bagh, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500058, registered at your office and recorded as
Deed No. 5766/2021.
2. That the aforesaid Original IGR is missing from my residence, I searched everywhere I could,
but in vain.

Therefore, I request you to look into the matter and do the needful.
