There are 3 main works of our project “Healing inner
child” - Gallery design: 1. Place: We priorities places in Ho Tay because this is ideal place to draw attraction of numerous tourists. And there are some criteria to choose room are: clean, wide and own private areas (drawing place and hanging pictures place) 2. Artists, inventors: We find several artists who are interested in our project and call for inventors to maintain the exhibition better. 3. Tools: We need to 3 main tools: lights and cameras, picture frames and color, pen, brush. 4. Staff: To operate a successful exhibition, we divide team into 3 parts: receptionist (who responsible for the number of guests), guide (who is in charge of introducing pictures to people) and camera (who takes photo and post on social media). Besides, we also have accountant and marketing. - Cost: We have 2 accounts payment: place, tools as well as electricity bill. Aside from, we can have some money from selling pictures in case the guest wants to buy one of the pictures in exhibition. - Attract customer: To draw attention of customers, we focus on: 1. Social media: update status, photos related to our project every day and keep eyes on how many flowers in Instagram, Facebook. Besides, we also create more interaction amongst customers. 2. Staff attitude: we appreciate the understanding, respect and friendliness of each and every staff. This is the way to create affection to customers. 3. Differences: photos and contents about persons who were, are and will be vulnerable in their life; therefore, they come here, they might be find out some sympathies. And our project is totally non-profit, everyone can also come, and if they like some pictures, they can buy. Therefore, our customers are both watchers and buyers.
