Notes on Post Observation
Conference
I observed that it is
important to be prepared
always, in terms of lesson
planning and demonstration.
It is challenging to
accomplish the 120 hours
OJT in just 1 month, but we
need to comply and be
responsible.
Wearing a uniform can
boost my confidence and it
motivates me to aim higher,
especially in being a future
educator.
It seems like it is impossible
to accomplish the 60 hours,
but because of asynchronous
time, it can help to finish it.
We must attend every
webinar because it can help
us in many ways, such as on
how to be a good teacher,
how to do lesson planning,
proper use of technologies

After observing the classes of your Cooperating Teacher whether in face-to-face or in distance delivery
mode, what aspects in the instructional cycle, do you think you are now capable of doing and the areas you
still need to improve on?
I am already capable of doing some PowerPoint presentations, I also know how to lead in praying, do
class attendance, teach the children and also create light activities. The things that I still need to improve
are how I can deliver the discussion appropriately and how to use the language. Sometimes I feel pressure,
but I need to overcome it. I also want to improve my capability in doing lesson plans because there are
times when I am still confused about making one. I also want to know different methods and approaches,
so that I can have an idea of how to approach my students even though they are diverse. I still need to
study and listen carefully to my teachers because they can give me ideas on how I can make myself better
and more effective in front of my future students.
