Course In the Hospital

At the time of admission his Glycaemic Control was unsatisfactory with HbA1c of 9.8% & CBG-350
mg/dl. For better Glycaemic control he was started on IV Insulin Infusion and then slowly shifted to
basal(lantus) bolus(wouslin R) regimen and OHA.
Rapid Antigen test was done as a part of screening which shows Negative.
Consultants has reviewed the patient and advised antibiotics, Blood sugar levels are Improving well and
hence discharged

Patient was counselled regarding Yoga, diet, Exercise, life style modification, self monitoring Blood
Glucose, insulin injection technique and site rotation,Hypoglycemic prevention and management.

Patients blood sugar levels were under control
