• Manage, assess and decide on moderately complex or complex visa and citizenship cases
• Leading the Entry Permit Service during Covid-19 pandemic
• Keep constant updates of visa policy changes and provide consultation to clients
• Deal with client enquiries made at the counter or via phone/email
• Interview clients and make requests for more information via face-to-face contact, email or
phone. Liaise with internal or external clients as a representative of the work area
• Handle accountable documents, client information, and personal identifiers with high levels of
confidentiality and privacy
• Review documents and prepare visa applicants and submissions
• Prepare business plans, training plans and other supporting documents as per visa requirements
• Other Administration and Legal support as assigned by the director
We are a team of ambitious professionals. We like to work hard but next to that we also have plenty of time for
hobbies and our personal lives. Once every 1-2 weeks we go out for dinner or karaoke together, and we eat out
with the team for lunch more regularly. If we have dinner or karaoke, most expenses will be on company
expenses. Or as Tien likes to say: work hard, play harder!
