At Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV), we are working

every-day to service our members and new market entrants. In the


next coming 5 years we want to help at least one hundred Dutch
companies establish their business, here in Vietnam.

To support our Business Service ambitions, we are looking for a


Senior Visa Officer.

• As a DBAV team member, you will be expected to underline


our 3 key values (deliver high quality, think like an entrepreneur and
pride & joy in what you do)
• We ask no less than a Superman Attitude, and you have to
commit to our “Great Habits” that make sure that we turn our plans
into a reality.

• 2-3 years of experiences in visa consultancy agents,


especially in Entry Permit Process during Covid-19

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and maintain


a supportive and collaborative work environment;

• Good relations with the Vietnamese Government,


specifically the local People Committee’s

• “Fighter’s mentality”

• Excellent verbal and written communication (in both English


and Vietnamese), including ability to perform
translation/interpretation tasks, both towards private and public
sector

• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

• Technologically proficient with excellent PC skills


Full-time contract with a negotiated salary.

Also we have a lot of daily business with other business associations from Europe, such as EuroCham, GBA,
CCIFV.

• Manage, assess and decide on moderately complex or complex visa and citizenship cases
• Leading the Entry Permit Service during Covid-19 pandemic
• Keep constant updates of visa policy changes and provide consultation to clients
• Deal with client enquiries made at the counter or via phone/email
• Interview clients and make requests for more information via face-to-face contact, email or
phone. Liaise with internal or external clients as a representative of the work area
• Handle accountable documents, client information, and personal identifiers with high levels of
confidentiality and privacy
• Review documents and prepare visa applicants and submissions
• Prepare business plans, training plans and other supporting documents as per visa requirements
• Other Administration and Legal support as assigned by the director

We are a team of ambitious professionals. We like to work hard but next to that we also have plenty of time for
hobbies and our personal lives. Once every 1-2 weeks we go out for dinner or karaoke together, and we eat out
with the team for lunch more regularly. If we have dinner or karaoke, most expenses will be on company
expenses. Or as Tien likes to say: work hard, play harder!
