Problem Analysis

• Statement of problem: The main objective of the

project is to seek expansion of their business in
potential states
• Methodology:- conducted Interview among 7 states,
google form and telephonic survey of leads.

• Time is not a major concern for any reason given by the customers
• People shown no interest to telephonic survey.
• Solar Installation is not dependent on sales increment
• customers are preferring cheaper substitute of solar installations
