Purpose
In an effort to achieve the 2030 bilingual nation target, the K-12 Education Administration of the
Ministry of Education (MOE) has launched the Taiwan Foreign English Teacher program (TFETP) to
procure English pedagogical talents, transform domestic English education infrastructure, and further
enhance core English skills of Taiwanese students. Initially, inducted faculties underwent Orientation
to acclimate to a distinct professional environment and cultural context. To ensure professional
development opportunities and smoothen collaborative misalignment following a period of in-person
experience, a midterm workshop has been drafted.
