SAMPLE SITUATION OR SCENARIO ACTION/S TO CORRECT THE VIOLATION
1. Parking a car somewhere especially on main
roads causing slowing of traffic flow or
accidents in the area.
2. People do not cross the pedestrian lane
putting them in danger.
3. Disposal/littering of garbage everywhere that
sometimes causes flooding in other areas due
to garbage that goes and clogs waterways
such as estuaries and canals.
 Imposing a fine of at least P2,500 to P3,000 on
violators and if they fail to pay, the vehicle will
be confiscated under the custody of the
MMDA.
 Arresting people found violating it and making
them perform community service within 2-3
hours so that they do not repeat their
violation.
 Providing a fine of at least P1,000 to P2,000 to
those who violate it and making them perform
Clean and Green Activities in the community
such as planting plants and community
service so that they do not repeat their
violation and they even helped to beautify and
clean up the environment
