1. What is FIVB?

 ANSWER:
- The Federation Internationale de Volleyball (International Volleyball Federation),
commonly known by the acronym FIVB It is the international governing body for all forms
of volleyball. FIVB has since grown into becoming one of the biggest sporting
organizations in the world with 222 affiliated bodies.

2. What is the role of FIVB?

 ANSWER:
- The FIVB is the governing body responsible for all forms of Volleyball on a global level.
Working closely with national federations and private enterprises the FIVB aims to
develop Volleyball as a major world media and entertainment sport through world-class
planning and organization of competitions, marketing and development activities. The
FIVB's key role is to provide leadership to over 500 million players and 33 million
licensed athletes. The FIVB is part of the Olympic Movement, contributing to the success
of the Olympic Games.
