Pre Lesson 1. Guide the pupils to sing the phonics song.
1. Revise the sounds: (ck) , (e), (u), (r).
2. Do the actions together and get pupils to articulate the sounds.
3. Introduce the phonemes /h/, /b/, /f/, /l/ and /s/.
4. Articulate the sounds and do the actions.
5. Pupils listen and follow.
6. Pupils articulate the sounds and do the actions in groups.
7. Display flash cards of objects with the targeted sounds.
8. Say the words aloud.
Lesson Development 9. Pupils listen and repeat.
10. Lead pupils to recognise the phonemes /h/, /b/, /f/, /l/ and /s/.
