Career Opportunities
Successful graduates of these courses will be eligible to apply for a position as A
speech and language therapy assistant / Physiotherapy Assistant / Occupational
Therapy Assistant in a variety of therapy/care setting within the HSE or private
health service providers.

Third Level Progression

• Graduates can progress to a related undergraduate degree in Ireland and then
apply for Speech & Language Therapy / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy
Masters programme such as UCD and UL.
• Mature students can progress to a related undergraduate degree in Ireland and
then apply for Speech & Language Therapy / Physiotherapy / Occupational
Therapy undergraduate degrees.
• Graduates are eligible to apply for Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy /
Speech & Language Therapy undergraduate degrees in certain UK universities.
