Strengths:
Wadha is communicating very well and seems to be keeping up with all of her work. Her attendance is
complete and she has not missed any time so far.
Areas for improvement:
No specific areas, but just keep up with your portfolio

Planning for Teaching & Learning


Strengths:
The plan is quite strong. It was adapted very quickly to go online, Very challenging! Please see the lesson

Managing Teaching & Learning


Strengths:

Doing very well to guide the students through the online class at the last minute.
Students paid very close attention and responded very well.
Areas for improvement:
None – this is very challenging and she is able to manage the class very well and maintain excellent
engagement under difficult conditions

Implementing Learning
Strengths:
Wadha was able to get her in-person lesson to an online lesson and manage the content and the LMS
system with little notice. I think this is very challenging.
Areas for improvement:
Seems to be very strong – I am impressed

Lots of opportunity for assessment and lots of recording of evidence in the LMS for points and for review.
