 On 19Febuary 2022, 22 Students of 6th semester students of
Department of Mechanical Engineering along with faculty
Prof.Paras vegada visited Rolex Rings Limited. This visit was
mainly focussed on to understand which technology, machines
Are Used to Produce Rings.
 We Left Our collage at 10:45Am And Reached Industry by
11:00Am

Rolex Rings Limited :-

 We Visited This Industry As Part Of Industrial Visit. It Started
With A Presentation Explaining How Many Processes Are
Required To Produce Rings.
 He Explain How The World Of Automative Focus On “Rolex
Rings.Based At Rajkot(Gujrat)India”,Rolex Rings Is Among The
Leading Manufactures Forged And Machined Componets In
India.

 Rolex Has Garnered A Welth Of Expertise In Manufacturing

Transmission Components,Engine Components,Chassis
Components,Exhust System Components And Bearing Rings.
 After,We Started To Visit In Industry.We Saw First Raw material
Department.In Raw Material Department Raw Material Comes
From Foren Contries.And Every Rawmaterial rods have One
Sticker And All details Of raw material On That sticker.

 Then we went second department Maching department there

Forging and punching process were continue.
 In That Department They Have Five Machines.In These
Machines Comes Rods as raw material For Processing Forging
and Punching.

 5)SKM-100

 After That Process Next Process Is Anneling.In Anneling Process

Normalizing,case hardning,Carburizing,Air Cooling And
Tempering Occurs on The Object.
 Then we visited of metallurgy laboratory in that department.In
Laboratory we saw Spectro,Brinell Hardness test.
 Then we went in CNC Machine Shop. In this Shop availables of
many types of CNC Machines.

 In this Machines Was Happning Finishing of Inner Ring And

Outer Ring.
 Then Last Process is dispach.So After CNC Department Object
Come In Dispach Department.And Rings was Performed
Dispatch.
 Then Finally We left Premises At 12:30.It Was Sucessful and
Interesting We Express To Thanks to The Technicle Head And
All Members to Rolex Rings Limited Who Spent Their valuable
time For us.
