  Introduction :-
 The Industrial Visit is most imporatnt part of the Engineering.
The Goal of The Visit was for me to experince the organization
and Culture of insudtry.
 An indusrial Visit to “Singhal Power Presses Pvt.Ltd”And “DCM
Bearing Groups” At Shapar,Rajkot Was Organized By The
Darshan Institute Of Engineering & Technology.On
Saturday,12-02-2022.Twenty Two students and two faculties
Visited to These Companies to interact With The Presses and
Bearings industries to understand Manufacturing Process. In
This visit Students Were Very Eagerly Waiting For listning To
Indistrial higher Authorities.
 In The Morning at 11:00pm We visited to Singhal Power
Presses Pvt Ltd. The Technicle head Of This Company
Conducted Very Informative Seasion For The Students.He also
guided on Manufacturing technology Which is their Working
Technology.Then we saw all the processes. Then we saw how
many types of Machine makes.He makes Many types Of
Machines Like as
 SEW Cross Shaft, Single Point, Gap Frame (C Frame) - SNX Series.
 SEW Heavy Duty Gap Frame Power Press - SNK Series.
 Finally We left Premises At 12:00pm It Was An
informative,Interesting and a successful visit.As Student Of
Mechanicle engineering,They Understand a Live
mannufacturing Process,Assambly etc. We Express To Thanks
to The Techanicle Head And All The Memebers of Singhal
Power Pressses Pvt Ltd. Who Spent their Valuable Time For us.

DCM Bearing group Pvt.Ltd

 Then We Got out of there and went In to DCM bearnig Group.
 In The Morning at 12:30pm we Visited to DCM bearing Group
Pvt Ltd.The Head Of Manufacturing department of this
Company Give Introduction About Company And Him.This
Company made Different Types Of Beaerings.Then We Start
visit and We saw First Opration Of Bearing.
 First Opration is Forging We saw involving the shaping of a
metal through pressing.
 Then Second operation is Annealing process and we saw in this
process the microstructure of a material to change its
mechanical or electrical properties.
 Then Third Operation Is CNC Lathe Turning in this process we
saw forged material give finishing and shaping. In this process
give finishing of Inner ring and outer ring of Bearing.
 Then after this process
 After That Process The Material Would Be Send To Another
Unit For Finishing.
 And Then In that Unit They would be Finishing,grinding And
Last Opraton is Peaking and After peaking they would be
dispached.

 The Above Product Makes This Company,And That Company

Make many Different types And Different Size Of Bearings.
 Then After Visit We Left Company at 1:30pm.It was
Intersting,knowlagble And Succesful Visit.
 We Thankful to For Them The Who Spent their Valuable Time
For us.
