WHAT IS IT

- My top two barriers are lack of time and lack of willpower. Specifically, these two barriers are most likely
similar to each other. In particular, time management is the major solution. Planning and organizing
control of time spent on specific activities enables myself to be more efficient and productive when it
comes to achieving a certain work or goal and to be able to attain more in less time as well in order to
conserve time for physical activities. This will keep me being determined to fulfill a daily good exercise that
will sustain a good physical health as well.

- I have realized that physical fitness can also be attained through dance as it is part of the physical activities
or exercises that gives various benefits to the body. Our body needs to optimize energy wherein nutrients
such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates as well are required to have the ability to do a certain physical
activity. Also there are three energy systems that are tackled- Adenosine Triphosphate, Glycolytic System
and Oxidative System- in which it helps the body provide energy as each system undergoes its respective
processes. Engaging in physical activities does not apply to every person due to the fact that it is hindered
by different types of barriers such as lack of time, lack of energy, lack of willpower and lack of skill.
