Physical Education course which aims to
help students achieve a high level of physical,
social, mental, emotional, spiritual and moral
development through participation in
selected vigorous activities such as games,
sports, dances and other recreational
activities.
Physical Education plays an
integral role in educational
system because of its holistic
approach to human
development (Cagurin, 2017).

Why water is
important to our
body?
Water is needed in every cell
in your body and your brain
cells are no exception. Water
helps transport oxygen and
nutrients to the brain for
optimal mental function.
