CHECKING IF A LEASE IS CONFIRMED

From the leases page you will need to check if there is a confirmed lease. Confirmed leases
are those with an ACTIVE status OR a deposit paid OR showing they are executed with a
date OR the Surety Bond is confirmed.

Example One : Leased – executed and execution and move in dates showing, needs to be
unpublished in the marketing tab

Check for a confirmed move in date

Check for the lease executed date Check for lease executed = Yes

If move in date and executed date are showing and executed = Yes, the
property is confirmed leased

Use the marketing tab to search for the property

Confirm the property is unpublished


Example Two : Leased – Deposit is paid

The deposit is paid, the property is confirmed leased

Example Three : Leased – Deposit is paid, status is Active

The status is active, the property is confirmed leased

The deposit is paid, the property is confirmed leased


Example Four : Leased - Status is Active

The status is active, the property is confirmed leased

Example Five : Leased – Surety Bond confirmed, property unpublished

Check the move in date is shown


Check the bond amount is shown

Check the bond provider and purchaser are shown

Search for the property via the marketing tab

Check the property is unpublished

Example Six : Not Leased – Application marked Dead Application

The status is Dead Application, the property is NOT leased


Example Seven : Not Leased – Deposit not paid, executed and execution and move in
dates not showing

Deposit has not been paid

There is no execution date Lease is not shown as executed

If no deposit is paid, executed date is not showing and executed is not


Yes, the property is not leased
