NARRATIVE REPORT ON NATIONAL AND LOCAL ELECTIONS 2022

I'll never forget the 2022 election because it's become so loud and popular on social
media. There appear to be various comments and beliefs on both sides. Even after the votes
were counted, the people's pulse overtook the person they had chosen to lead the country. I am
one of the people who witnessed this historic election.

I am honored to be one of those who will serve in this election. I was assigned as Support Staff,
which was a significant challenge for me because the battle with covid-19 was not yet over. It's
terrifying, but it'll be manageable until after the election. At 5:30 a.m., I arrived at
Lumambayan Elementary School to vote. I quickly gathered the forms required for the
elections. Voters began to arrive at schools to vote. I assisted my coworkers in their work by
taking voters' temperatures, enforcing safety protocols, and assisting certain voters in
indicating which precinct they will vote in. At 9 p.m. the polls closed. The election in my area
went off without a hitch. For me, this election has been both exhausting and rewarding. I've
learned a lot of things that have helped me. I expressed gratitude my colleague and fellow
teacher before deciding to leave.
